Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All items are handmade to order.

  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Personalized or custom items may take up to 10 business days
  • During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing may extend to 10–14 business days

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times (After Processing)

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Gigi & June LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once a package has been handed off.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Because many of our items are custom and personalized, our return policy is as follows:

Personalized & Custom Items:

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • We made an error in personalization

If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Make sure to Include:
    Order number
    Description of the issue
    Photos (if applicable)
  3. We will respond within 3 Business days with next steps.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds can take up to 10 business days to process after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Delivery Timeline Alignment

Our return window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
We ensure that our return request window (14 days for non-personalized items) does not expire before customers receive their order based on our stated shipping timelines.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
